Steve is the MAN. Been following him for over a decade and he’s got me through it all
what other exercises can you do for power output. I can do 4 pistol squats in a row but then power gets completely cut off and cant raise myself from the ground even though the decent is still controlled. Been stuck here for a while

They have one on their website. It's called the power program. Keep in mind Steve and Jake aren't power lifters though.

Hey, can you all make a 5-day lean program and a 5-day swole program? The six day is great but I can’t workout on weekends. 4 day is nice but I would like that five day.
